If you have not purchased tracked shipping and your order gets lost, I cannot replace or refund it to you as I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once it is at the post office, it is out of my hand to do anything, so I recommend you to purchase your order with tracking number to keep an eye on the shipping process and current location of your package.
