Es ist so weit! Ein weiteres BTS Event findet am 25. und 26. Februar 2023 in Wien statt! Dieses Mal handelt es sich um ein SOPE Event. Wir können dieses Wochenende schon kaum mehr erwarten und freuen uns schon darauf dich dort zu treffen!

It's THAT time again! Yet another BTS event in Vienna, this time - all about SOPE ! We just can't wait to celebrate the birthday of J-Hope and Suga with you!

Das Event findet diesesmal in einem anderen Ort statt! Aus Sicherheitsgründen, die uns von der Location vorgegeben worden ist, ist die Anzahl der Personen beim Event dieses Mal auf 30 Besucher:innen gleichzeitig im Raum beschränkt.
Eine Reservierung ist deshalb verpflichtend!
Aus diesem Grund haben wir mehrere drei Stunden lange Zeitfenster eingeplant damit auch jeder das Event besuchen kann. In diesen drei Stunden gibt es für euch ein tolles Programm und noch viel mehr!
Es bleibt euch jedenfalls genügend Zeit um alles in Ruhe anzuschauen und allen Aktivitäten mitzumachen.
Damit möglichst viele zum Event kommen können, bitten wir euch, euch vorerst nur für EINEN Zeitslot anzumelden. Falls kurz vor dem Event noch Plätze frei sind, dann geben wir Bescheid und ihr könnt euch für einen zweiten Slot anmelden.
Das Programm wird nach jedem Zeitslot wiederholt, ihr verpasst also nichts. Zwei Ausnahmen sind die extra-Zeitslots für das RED BULLET Screening am Samstag Abend und der Embrodery Workshop am Sonntag Vormittag! Diese können zusätzlich zum normalen Programm-Zeitslot dazugebucht werden!
Wenn du bereits mehrere unterschiedliche Zeitslots gebucht hast, dann bitten wir dich, dich für eines zu entscheiden und die anderen zu stornieren, um die anderen die kommen möchten, auch eine Chance zu geben.
RED BULLET Screening
Bitte beachte, dass hier eine zusätzliche Online-Reservierung erforderlich ist. Außerdem gibt es für das Screening einen Eintrittspreis von 5€, damit wir tolle Goodies für alle bereitstellen können. Darunter befindet sich auch ein spezielles Screening-Ticket, einen Mini-Lichtstab und Popcorn! Lass uns gemeinsam Spaß haben und zu einem der bedeutendsten Momente in der Geschichte von BTS mitsingen!

Erstelle deine eigene funkelnden BT21-Patch!
Lass uns gemeinsam einen wunderschönen Aufnäher erstellen, um alte Jeansjacken oder Kleidung zu dekorieren und ihnen ein neues Leben einzuhauchen, anstatt sie wegzuwerfen!
Mit der Anleitung und Hilfe von Luisa lernen wir in einfachen Schritten, wie man einen funkelnden Stoffaufnäher macht :)
Für das Sope-Event bieten wir die Mang und Shooky-Version an. Welche möchtest du ausprobieren?
Der Workshop-Preis beträgt 10€ und beinhaltet alle Materialien, die du zur Erstellung deines Patchs benötigst. Melde dich bitte nur an, wenn du sicher bist, dass du anwesend sein kannst, und wir werden dich anschließend per E-Mail über die Zahlungsanweisungen kontaktieren.
Unterhaltung
Wir haben dieses Mal jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele vorbereitet, die perfekt sind um ARMY Freundschaften zu schließen und auch euer wissen über BTS unter Beweis zu stellen!
Eine Fanart Ausstellung von Fanartkünstler:innen aus der ganzen Welt findet statt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit diese Fanarts zu adoptieren! Mehr Informationen findet ihr HIER
Natürlich gibt es auch wieder eine Fotowand mit lebensgroßen SOPE Pappaufsteller und unser ThisMagicShop-PopUp-Store ist auch wieder dabei, bei denen Taschen, Sticker, Armybomb-Deko, Tassen und viel mehr noch nicht veröffentlichtes Merch gekauft werden kann!
Dieses Mal gibt es sogar eine Artist Alley mit mehreren Künstler:Innen! Falls du dich für diese auch anmelden möchtest, kannst du das gerne bis 5.2.2023 unter folgendem Link machen:
Freebies
Es wird auf jeden Fall wieder Freebies geben und diesesmal wieder Event Pakete mit vielen einzigartigen Goodies.
Genauere Infos werden bald hier auf der Website veröffentlicht.
Außerdem erhält jeder mit einer Reservierung einen gratis Button.
Diese gibt es bei jedem unserer Events und können gerne gesammelt werden!
Location
Unsere Eventlocation bietet eine 153m2 große Fläche für das SOPE Event. Eine Terrasse steht zum Frischluft schnuppern zur Verfügung und es gibt eine Garderobe, damit man seine Jacken und Taschen aufbewahren kann. Eine gemütliche Sitzecke haben wir für euch eingerichtet für eine kurze Pause oder einfach nur zum quatschen mit anderen. Für das leibliche Wohl ist auch gesorgt, denn man kann kleine BTS-thematisierte Snacks und Getränke vor Ort kaufen.
Leider ist die Location nicht barrierefrei, da 15 Stufen zur Eingangstür führen.
Wir geben unser Bestes, das nächste Event für alle zugänglich zu gestalten.

Alle Events werden aus eigener Tasche finanziert. Die Helfer:Innen unterstützen uns freiwillig am Event, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.
Am Eingang vom Event wird es eine Spendenbox geben. Wir sind sehr dankbar über jede noch so kleine Unterstützung damit wir weiterhin Events veranstalten können um unsere ARMY Community in Österreich zu stärken!
Ein Eventpaket mit lauter Goodies als Andenken an das tolle Wochenende kann im vorhinein oder direkt vor Ort gekauft werden. Die Einnahmen fließen in die Finanzierung für dieses und für zukünftige Events!

Free Entry + Mandatory Registration
We have found an amazing location for this event. Due to safety regulations of the location, the number of people attending event at once is limited to 30 visitors.
For this reason, it is mandatory to book a timeslot.
Therefore, we have planned several three-hour times lots so that everyone can visit the event. In these three hours there will be a great program and much more for you to do!
You'll definitely have enough time to check everything out and participate in all activities.
We want to give everyone who wants to come to the event, the chance to attend. Therefore we ask you to ‼️register for only ONE time slot ‼️ for the time being. If there are still places available shortly before the event, we will let you know and you can register for a second slot.
‼️The program will be repeated after each time slot!‼️
Two exceptions are the extra time slots for the RED BULLET screening on Saturday evening and the embroidery workshop on Sunday morning! These can be booked in addition to the normal program time slot!
If you’ve already booked for several different time slots, we ask you to cancel the other(s) to give everyone the chance to come.
RED BULLET Screening
Please be aware that you have to book a reservation and there will be an ENTRANCE FEE of 5€ at the venue to cover for the beautiful items you get :) Thank you for your understanding!
Lets have fun together and revive amazing moments of BTS! We will provide you with very special goodies and popcorn :)
The ticket fee will cover for a special screening ticket, a mini light stick and popcorn!

Create your own sparkling bt21 patch!
Let’s create together a beautiful patch to decorate old jeans jackets or clothing to give them a new life instead of throwing them away!
With the guidance and help of ARMY creator Luisa we will learn how to do a sparkling cloth patch in easy steps :)
For the sope event we offer the Mang and Shooky version. Which one would you like to try out?
The workshop price will be 10€ and it will include all the materials you need to create your patch. Please sign up only if you are sure you can be present and we will contact you afterwards with an email regarding the payment instructions.
Entertainment
We have prepared a lot of fun "team building" games, perfect to meet new ARMY friends and another scavenger hunt for you this time!
A Fanart exhibition showcasing the amazing work of talented fanartists around the world will be held. Learn more HERE
Of course, there will also be a photo wall again with lifesized SOPE cutouts and our ThisMagicShop pop-up store will also be there, where you can buy bags, stickers, Armybomb decorations, cups, brand new and unreleased merch and more!

There will definitely be many fun freebies again and if you want to support us and the event, there will be event packages with lots of unique goodies for purchase (yes we ship them too, in case you cannot join us!)

Location
Our new event location offers a 153m2 space for the SOPE event. There's a terrace if you want to step out to catch some fresh air and a coatroom area to store your jackets and bags. We've set up a cozy seating area for you to take a break or chat with others. And don't worry about getting hungry or thirsty, there will be small BTS-themed snacks and drinks available for purchase on site.
Unfortunately, the location is not barrier-free as there are 15 steps leading up to the entrance door.
We will do our best to make our next event accessible for everyone!
