If you'd like to cancel your order and it hasn't been sent out yet, please send me a message with your order number and full name, so I can process the cancellation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos/videos of the product(s) and the packaging it came in.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You can also log in here and then submit a return request. Just enter your address and the six-digit verification code that is sent to your email address. A password isn't required to log in. Then
- click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
- If your return request is approved, you can ship the product back to me. You are responsible for return postage costs.
- After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
The confirmation of the refund request usually happens within 2 business days. The speed at which the entire process takes place depends entirely on how quickly the package returns to me. As soon as the product is returned, you receive the refund!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
